You can verify whether your system cron is running successfully from within the WHMCS Admin Area.

Log in to WHMCS Admin Area

Begin by logging in to the WHMCS Admin Area.

Review Automation Status

Go to Utilities > Automation Status (Setup > Automation Settings in WHMCS 7.10 and earlier).

The boxes at the top provide you with an overview of the status.

Ok

A green Ok box indicates that everything is running normally.

Not Ok

A red Not Ok box, like the examples below, indicates that the system cron is not running correctly.

If you see these issues, you will need to check your cron setup and correct the issue.
