Uninstalling Cloudlinux is easy, and can be done with a single script. This script, will convert the Operating System back go CentOS.

A few important things to consider before you uninstall cloudlinux from your server:

1.- If your original OS was RHEL, it will convert your RHEL into CentOS.
2.- LVE packages will be fully removed.
3.- All the CloudLinux repos & plugins will be removed.
4.- Instead, CentOS base repositories will be setup.
5.- A manual step is required to remove the CloudLinux Kernel and the last thing, you will have to install a normal CentOS kernel.
6.- A few CloudLinux repo packages will be left in your system, DO NOT remove any of those to avoid system interruptions. Those packages will be updated in future CentOS updates as new versiones come out to the light.

How can I uninstall CloudLinux OS?

Easy, just run this two commands:

wget -O cldeploy http://repo.cloudlinux.com/cloudlinux/sources/cln/cldeploy
sh cldeploy -c
